When homeowners ask for a “wrought iron” look, what we actually install in nearly every case is powder-coated aluminum. It’s lighter, won’t rust in Tennessee’s humidity, and carries a 20–25 year warranty against finish defects. Real wrought iron requires regular painting and rust treatment to survive Middle Tennessee weather, and most modern manufacturers don’t even produce it for residential applications anymore. Can I get colors other than black? Yes — bronze, white, and dark green are stocked. Special-order finishes (custom RAL colors) are available with a 4–6 week lead time.
